What the beta covers
The assistance layer sits on top of the workflows you already run: it proposes the next step, drafts the record, and asks before it writes anything. Everything it can do, a person in your workspace can already do — the permissions are the same ones.
In the beta you get:
The assistant in the workspace sidebar, with tool access scoped per app.
Held actions — anything that writes waits for a human approval card.
The trace view, so you can see exactly which records a suggestion was based on.
A direct channel to the two engineers building it.
What we are looking for
Teams with active workflows — at least a few hundred records a month, otherwise there is nothing for it to learn the shape of. Willing to give 30 minutes of feedback a week, on a call, with the product open.
And OK with rough edges. The first weeks will include suggestions that are confidently wrong, which is exactly the material we need.
What you get
Beyond early access:
The feature free for the duration of the beta and for six months after it ships.
Direct influence on the tool set — the first three tools we built came from partner requests.
A written summary, monthly, of what we changed because of your feedback.
How to join
Reply in the comments or email the address on the careers page with the workflow you would point it at first. We will come back to everyone within a week, including the teams we cannot fit in this round.
Twenty places, and about half are already spoken for by customers who asked before we wrote this.
