About the role
We are hiring a Backend Engineer (Rails) to join our growing team. You'll work alongside experienced peers, ship real software (or campaigns, or programmes) in your first month, and have a clear path to ownership.
Compensation: €50.000–€80.000 depending on experience. Remote-friendly within EU timezones, with quarterly in-person team weeks in Milano.
What you'll do
Own meaningful work end-to-end, from scoping through to launch. We hire builders, not ticket-takers.
Collaborate across teams — product, sales, support — to ship things customers actually use. Async-first, deep-work culture.
What we're looking for
3+ years of relevant experience. Track record of shipping. Strong communication, clear writing, comfort with ambiguity.
EU work authorisation. Italian or English fluent; the other is a plus.
